Yo BR, you never have chocolate chip ice cream, Why??? It is one of the 31 flavors. Also, why doesn’t ownership look at these ratings? Why would you allow this to happen? Are you corporate owned and if so, who is the regional management of this establishment? Do they not think ratings matter? Newsflash, they matter. I went today with my buddy waited to be attended only to get cut in line off by a cop. They attended his punk cop first of course. This idiot at the register charged my twice for 3 scoops and 6 doughnuts. Then I called the manager in which she had a crabby attitude like this place doesnt owe 3 scoops and 6 doughnuts. Run Away Save Your Money!
This is the second time I order from this place…. Don’t bother they didn’t have the flavor I wanted yet again or the sundae we had ordered either the last time was the same HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF ICE CREAM?!?!?! This place just suck’s NEVER HAS ANYTHING 😡
They took like 20 minutes to give us a small cup of Oreo Milkshake, despite them having a team of 6 or so employees.
