Terrible. The people asked 3 times what we ordered. They still got it all wrong. Mangonada had no chili, I asked because it did not look right. They obviously are not trained properly. Icecream was not served probably, and the wrong kind. We gave up.
Showed up 20 minutes before close and they had doors locked with tons of employees sitting at tables inside and working behind counter. We were shocked and another family showed up at the same time and were equally surprised.
Essentially ruined wife's birthday not having a preordered cake prepared on time. Terrible mismanagement.
My husband ordered me a vanilla ice cream cake with funfetti cake for my birthday. For some reason there was a layer of chocolate on the bottom and in between the vanilla ice cream/funfetti cake…I presume to secure the layers together/to the cake base? There’s a reason why I wanted vanilla on vanilla - I’m one of the few people on this planet that hates chocolate! We buy an ice cream cake at least once a year from BR (first time at this location) and have never had this happen anywhere else. It’s really disappointing as this... read more
