I wouldn’t give this place a star but had too in order to place this review. The works are rude and give you attitude when you speak up when your order sucks. This is the size of a two spoon cone. A cost of $6.50. Don’t buy anything from here. Customer service sucks due to the employees.

Though its 24 hrs and the store time sticker read that they closed at 10 pm, I was told the store was closed at 8pm i walked on at 934pm. Was told the store times wrong and that the manager had to order a mew store times sticker. My 2st mind was to just leave but the ice cream was for my wife. I go to the drive thru and he say he doesn't have that flavor. I then just drove off came to the Oak Park store got great service! This establishment discriminates on which individual works at the establishment and the only reason I say this is because I seen a young man come in and I will not disclose the ethnicity but they laughed about him trying to apply when he walked away. It's a sad thing to see it is something a hiring manager of a Dunkin' donuts SHOULD NOT BE! to see it is sickening and it needs to change big time.

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PLACE STILL OPEN , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , They have 2 girls playing in the drive through cursing and disrespecting customers. Everything is a joke to them, after asking for their manager they used fouled language. I will be reporting this to the Dunkin Donuts corporation- not sure what type of management would allow this type of behavior. Or what type of ownership!!!
