Don’t order a cake from here. I ordered one on 9/1, paid online, and then got a call 24 hours prior to pickup saying the decorator was sick and they couldn’t fulfill the order. They also don’t have a good refund process; they asked me to physically come to store to obtain my refund. When I refused to come into the store, the gentleman said he would do it over the phone but needed to call me back. I’m still waiting for my refund. (This is also the second time this has happened to me at this location)

I asked for a medium Chocolate Chip shake. The guy put in three, incredibly weak scoops of ice cream into the blender, so I called him out on it, before he reluctantly put another half-scoop in. After the blender was done, he was amazed to see that the cup was only half full. By the end, my shake was as light as a feather and extremely milky. Do not visit this location.

We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!
