Paid through the kiosk just to be told they dont have the flavors listed in their system. Asked for a refund since i didnt want anything else and she just said no with no explanation. I asked for further clarification cause i dont want anything else and just want a refund as no one should be forced to get something they dont want. Had the same experience as another customer. The guy claimed the system wasn’t working so if you wanted to order you had to do so through the app. Parked to place an order and I saw him open the door for family/friends to “buy a cake they pre ordered”.
The staff here are trash. Just too lazy to do their jobs. Fries in the bag buddy buddy
Ordered a chocolate sundae and paid for the price. Got the chocolate pistachio ice cream instead. Worsttt experience everrr. The staff is foolish and doesn’t know what they’re doing.
Very rude staff, refused to make orders and yells to leave without any explanation. The man working tonight should be fired immediately.
