Online order. Half of it wasn't available. Was told that they can't process a refund for the missing item and to call corporate. After 40 minutes on with corporate I was told that I would be contacted within 48hrs. 3 days later no contact. Filed a dispute with my CC company as I had no other recourse.
Wow. Didn't have the new ice cream available that was ordered online, only had a handful of toppings, no ice cream in display freezer. Afraid to see what's in bag when we get home. First time stopping at a BR in probably 20 years instead of Carvel. Will probably be another 20 until I try again.
ABSOLUTE WORST BASKIN-ROBBINS I’VE EVER BEEN TO! This was my double-scoop cup w/ 1 scoop of cookies & cream and 1 scoop of mint chocolate chip! The young girl behind the counter had an attitude and was thee absolute worst! NEVER stopping there again!! And nor should anyone else! This was a robbery!!!!!
Ordered a chocolate shake and got a peanut butter one. I have a nut allergy and ended up having a reaction. Tried to get the staff attention in the drive through but no one answered.
