Went to this baskin robins location and will never go back. My daughter got Oreo ice cream, and when i asked for a medium the male worker said they don’t do cup sizes only scoop amounts. When i asked how big the cup was he became visibly annoyed and began stating scoop amounts. We just went with three scoops with marshmallow topping. The marshmallow was pure liquid. I went to Baskin-Robbins here for the first time. I ordered a smoothie and ice cream, then noticed they had “Dubai ice cream,” so I wanted to try it. Honestly, I can’t even explain—he put the tiniest dot of ice cream on the spoon. I was literally looking at him like… is this real? The guy seemed really annoyed and agitated the whole time. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing—largely due to what appears to be the owner’s conduct. To be clear, the younger staff members are excellent: polite, respectful, and a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the older gentleman who seems to be in charge. I went there with my kids to get ice cream after a long day of weeding in our backyard. Ice cream was fine, but portions were small. The lady working rushed us to make a decision. As we were paying, she us left to help someone else. Unbelievable! Skip this place. Plenty other options out there.

Mostly good staff and ice cream. The lady who they hired recently charges so much more per sundae then any of the other staff. Will not be going when this lady is working.
