If i could give a zero i would. i’ve given this place multiple tries because it’s the only place open late. ZAKIR can’t do his simple job of making ice cream. he overcharges, forces you to get specialty cones, and doesn’t have advertised products. he is extremely rude and nasty.
Went to Dunkin donuts, got bacon egg and cheese, good stuff.
A server by the name "Zakhir" he had a shift leader tag on was very rude and condescending. He would not let us taste any ice creams and would not do that for others as well. He could not communicate in English and was rude all along. When asked the billing agent, he also confirmed that he was rude to other customers. Please solve this issue. He was immensely rude and unprofessional.
