I really like coming to this Baskin Robbin’s even tho I live closer to other ones. Staff is always nice, quick , efficient, and I gotta say - whoever chooses the music I catch myself jamming along waiting for my scoop
I went on 5/10/26 for Mother's day. The girl behind the counter was so rude. Had NO customer service training at all. And when we asked for a sample, NO JOKE she maybe gave us 1/4 of the little pink sample spoon. U couldn't even taste the sample. I've never had this issue at a 31 flavors b4! We left without getting anything!
I went at 830. The chairs were put up, so I thought they were closed when online it said that they were open until 10. Wasn’t a big deal because I was just going to order and leave anyways but when I got to order and I told him I wanted a double scoop of cookies and cream he said that it wasn’t available that it was an item that was put away with some of the other flavors on the right side Which was confusing due to the fact that like I said, it said they were open till 10 online.
