Getting very cheap with the sundaes at high cost to the customer! $9 dollars for a sundae that’s pretty much a banana and whipped cream with some ice cream, a tad of it with the kids scoop. Was a favorite place before when they actually sold ice cream, not anymore. Never again!
You’d think after getting their $20 an hour pay the employees would be happy working at this fast food places. Not the case, they’re still grumpy as ever and not skilled enough to provide any kind of positive customer experience. I was there today around 1pm and the young lady working there had no interest in helping us. DQ provides such a better customer experience than this place.

Update 2: I honestly forgot about updating this. There wasn’t much of an experience. I picked up the cake, wasn’t given any issues. I asked to make sure everything was right and they said it was. It was a quick and smooth progress. The only bad thing was that I didn’t like the taste of the cake. The ice cream was good though! Update: I was reached out to and they were willing to remake it for a birthday I have coming up.
