I’ve given this location two chances, and unfortunately this will be my last visit. I always order a hand-packed pint, and both times it has not been properly filled. Instead of actually packing the ice cream down, they just loosely scoop it, which leaves noticeable gaps and results in a container that isn’t full. What’s frustrating is that the pre-packed pints are clearly filled all the way, but they don’t carry the flavors we like so I rely on hand-packed. Getting very cheap with the sundaes at high cost to the customer! $9 dollars for a sundae that’s pretty much a banana and whipped cream with some ice cream, a tad of it with the kids scoop. Was a favorite place before when they actually sold ice cream, not anymore. Never again!
