Very disappointing experience. I stopped by the drive-thru with my baby and ordered one scoop of ice cream and one chocolate-sprinkle donut. We paid at the window and received the donut first, but our ice cream never came. We waited about 3–4 minutes thinking they were preparing it, and eventually a staff member came to the window and asked if we had received our order. The location is Central to a Main Street and the CTA orange Line Cicero station is right here, and there is free open parking in a big strip mall and the store has ice cream both dine in and dine out containers as well as cake and the donuts and coffee and drinks and smoothies.
