$9 for a *small* cappuccino blast is wild. I legit thought maybe they were charging me for the next car's order until the employee laughed and was like yeah, that's the price. I understand everything has gone up, but when its just a singular store upcharging and not on par with any other location, there might be an issue. People will definitely begin to frequent less.
Went there for ice cream just now and saw on the door that they have a $6 banana split on Wednesdays. I went up to the register and there was an indian guy and older hispanic lady working. Took like 5 min before the guy asked us if we wanted to order. I told him I wanted the $6 banana split but was unsure on where to find the qr code on the baskin robbins app. He said he didn't know and that usually the customer pops it up and he just scans it. One of the worst in Chicago. Inflated prices. I got a grilled cheese and small oreo blast. It was $17. Next time I'll go to McDonald's. Poor customer service
If I could give this Dunkin 0 stars I would this has to be the dirtiest Dunkin I’ve been in , it’s smells like piss walking in no Coffee smell at all the floor is super dirty the garbage can is filled all the way to the stop and they have homeless people in there this place is a junk yard , I didn’t even order I left of how nasty this was please keep it nice and clean
