Que mala experiencia con la señorita que me atendió, ósea le pedí latte y como comprenderá le hablo en español me contesta en inglés OK! Le hablé con mucha educación y luego me responde el español. El tema aqui es si existe latte con café caliente y frío porque no preguntas? ESTÁ FRÍO EL DÍA, ya no es veranos un poco más de empatía al atender porque con esa cara mija lo que haces es espantar a los clientes que mala atención y lo peor es que latina 🤦🏻♀️
Under staffed waited over 10 minutes for an iced coffee with cream and sugar that's it they were so backed up people started walking out. There was a lady there who was in the back doing I don't know what while the young girl in the front was ringing customers and making the coffees. Horrible customer service and wait times and no one took accountability or apologized for the long wait.
