This location used to be solid but it has became sketchy whenever I go to order a Sunday if it's late at night they are always missing toppings and I think they're making it up because they don't want to make it because I asked the girl are you missing any toppings before I started my order and she said she has strawberry topping and then I proceeded with my order because it included that and when I said that part of the order she said they're out of strawberry topping and I said no you just told me you aren't and now you're... read more
I ordered a cake online. I accidentally put the wrong time, so I called to adjust my pickup time. The employee told me she would call the manager and take care of it for me. When I went to pick it up, my cake was not ready. She said that it was my fault for choosing a different time. Well that's why I called and supposedly I was taken care of. Tony the manager told me that verbal agreements don't count. I will never go back to this Baskin Robbins again
