This is my report card for Baskin-Robins in Manchester Tennessee. If "A" is the best grade, and "F" is the worst Grade, I would have to give them a solid "Z". This Baskin-Robins is really Sad. I think I'm going to call the Board of Health. I went into the store and the 2 employees were sitting around and eating the profits in ice cream. They should have been trying to clean and stock the place. I hate leaving bad reviews. Nevertheless, this business needs help. I brought my fam to this shop even after the bad reviews I've heard recently. While the staff was ok, this store is DISGUSTING. So bad, in fact I think the health department should check it out. There's fingerprints, smudges, splatters and stains on EVERY surface. Where they wiped anything, must have been days ago with a dirty rag because the glass was opaque with grime. The waffle cone maker is covered and surrounded in burnt chunks.
