Went to Dunkin this morning and walked up to the cash registers and there were 3 female employees standing directly behind the register talking to each other. No one else was in the store. They all looked at me and said nothing and continued talking. I swear this went on for about 5 minutes before one girl finally helped me. This is not the first time I’ve experienced terrible customer service here! I wouldn’t have written this review if I at least was greeted hello. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The strawberry cheesecake are very good
This place needs a deep cleaning and staff needs to be told how to be clean. Watching an employee put butter on their hands like cream so they can put gloves on is disgustingly gross. They need to have a staff that doesn’t discuss with their customers that some foods might not be in stock when you order online. I’m fine with change but not after I watch you through it together then tell me. How do you know I don’t have a certain type of issue with that food it self. Just make it and expect me to take it?? Do not come to this location. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I came here to use my coupons and buy some donuts. The front person wasn’t not even trying to help. Not a welcoming place, definitely needs better attention to who they hiring. This person was not willing to scan the QR I wanted to use from my purchase. He was so RUDE AND JUST TELL ME TO PAY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO USE MY CODE. HE said that is NOT his problem, but the company.
