Two separate times I've been forgotten at the second window after being asked to move there. The first time, wasn't mad. This time I actually went inside and they were rude about it.

This place seems to be good at hiring rude employees.
Extremely bad customer service. Talks with attitude, doesn't appear to know their own menu. Laughing and talking with a whole line at the queue. Asked to speak to a manager, told me that the manager was not present. Extremely bad experience I don't recommend this location to anyone!
