The worst costumer service. I waited about 10 minutes, and the girl with the AirPods on it never help; she preferred to keep looking at her phone. I hope the owners check the cameras and the service.
This store needs to be seriously checked out. Guy working the counter was extremely rude and I think the ice cream was old because it was not good at all. Very disappointed in our visit. I had high hopes but I won't be going back.
Ridiculous store! They were out of multiple ice cream flavors, and they don’t have any waffle bowls even though they had it as an item on the menu?!?! Worst BR ever.
I like the gold metal ribbon. A little pricy on their cakes.
Wish I read the reviews before ordering a cake here. The pictures speak for themselves. What we expected vs what we received. Order a $50 cake elsewhere. Update: the store contacted me and acknowledged the discrepancy. They were kind about it.
