Maybe the BR off 46 in HEB Shopping is getting ready to close! They have very little ice cream selection - twice visited they had NO CHOCOLATE! Then another time: asked for chocolate shake: not enough chocolate ice cream to make a shake!! Either they're getting ready to close or the management has NO IDEA how to run a business!! No inventory=NO SALES.
Stopped in this evening to use an app promo. The 2 workers said they had had no training using the app and wouldn't honor the promotion. When I suggested scanning the QR code myself, the woman, Lexie, went insane. Screaming, cussing, ordering me out of the store, threatening me should I refuse to leave. Perhaps I scanned the "free customer abuse" deal instead of the "free beverage." Absolutely horrible experience and shocked that people that mentally ill are working directly with the public.
I had a great experience at Baskin Robbins. Amber was friendly, professional, and made the visit enjoyable. Her positive attitude and service really stood out!
The big lade is rude she is full of attitude she shouldn't be working the morning all the other stores I pick up from they all ask to see the phone she's doesn't and is rude if it wasn't for door dash I wouldn't come here
So excited to have paid for something I didn't get. Seriously how can someone serve a shake to someone and have it not even be full. As far as the rest of the experience I could have made the shake faster myself, including milking the cow. The service sucked both women had the personality of a straw wrapper and were less useful. I don't advise visiting this location. And if I were the owner I would fire both employees as they suck. They could at minimum use some coaching. Amanda should be coached on properly making shakes.
