I had scheduled a pick up for July 23 @ 1:30pm to pick up my husbands ice cream cake but didn’t receive it till 2:40pm. I had received a call 2 days before because they didn’t have the ice cream flavor I selected which no big deal I changed it and she said she’d start working on it. To my surprise when I arrived the day of my pick up, it wasn’t ready. I was told the cake decorator wasn’t there he called her and she said she can be there within 15 minutes and it would take her 5 mins to finish. She arrived almost 25 mins late... read more

Came in today for a donut and a soda. Donut was freah, staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean.

We truly enjoy visiting this BR Location, primarily due to Alex. Our initial encounter with him occurred in March of '26 when he was mopping the floor and dancing. He was exceptionally kind and humorous. His enthusiasm, sense of humor, and professionalism are remarkable. If I were to own a business, I would be eager to have someone like him on my team. We come regularly.

We stopped by for ice cream with our kids after dinner on a Friday night, only to find the store locked despite the “open” sign being on. It appeared the owner was holding a staff meeting during business hours. We waited about 10 minutes past the stated end time of the meeting, but they were still going. It was disappointing, especially on a busy evening when customers are likely to stop by. It might be worth scheduling meetings outside of business hours…
