I called this Baskin-Robbins location to inquire about student rewards programs on behalf of my school. Instead, or receiving a simple polite answer, I was transferred between three different people, each of whom interrupted me and spoke in a condescending, mocking tone. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. You might want to install cameras or check the integrity of your employees. My boyfriend was just in there to order ice cream for us. He came back & said it was an "interesting" experience. I had given him 3 gift cards I had, to use for the purchase. He said the 2 employees kept telling him that it would be cheaper to pay by cash. What?? Allegedly, they tried to run the gift cards & told him all 3 were expired or had zero balance. This is BS, as evidenced by my photos that I have saved from checking the balances tonight. Ordered food to pick up 28$. Got there and they were out back smoking. My food wasnt ready and they told me they were out of most of the ice cream i wanted. I said ok just refund my money. He says i have to call corporate. Still have not got my money back never go there again. Place was dirty
