I had the smallest scoop of ice cream. Not even enough for a toddler. This is the third time. I even asked them to please not give me baby Junior scoops. I won't be back again.
I bought the Dunkin donuts coffee cup for a reason, refills are cheaper. The the woman taking my order said no refills, it's a Dunkin cup, then I wanted the fresh pack ice cream, she says am I sure I do not want one out of the freezer. It does not taste the same! Customer service is not #1 anymore, tips, and let the customer be wrong!
