I've been a Baskin Robbins customer since childhood. I've never had as rude of service as I've had this evening. I ordered a double scoop, like I've ordered my entire life, and they gave 2 half scoops. I politely asked for 2 full scoops. The guy argued and said "that is 2 scoops." I said it's not even at the top of the cup. (Mind you, there was a big 3 inch gap of plain air from the top of the cup to the top of the clear lid.
