I would truthfully say OK experience. Middle of the day on a Monday visit, ordered 2 shakes. The chocolate was great but the mint chocolate chip was more like milk chip. I will say I asked for the specialty flavor and was told they don't have it yet (other reviews complain about having things on the menu unable to order). The attendant was straightforward, baseline customer experience and order was correct. I think I'd likely pass in favor of a less chain ice cream place in the future.

You would think there is a set standard for a franchise of how to make something. The milkshake had way too much milk in it and not thick for a milkshake. As well as pricing of this location is higher than many others in the surrounding area.
