Terrible costumer service, never coming back
Today 9/11/26 around 4pm I entered and was not greeted or acknowledged. The lady working the front decided the people in the drive thru took precedence over the customers in the lobby. I waited several minutes waiting to be acknowledged she continued taking drive thru orders while my daughter and I just stood there. Ultimately I felt like she was ignoring me so I left. I patronize this location frequently and this was a first. If the drive thru is priority maybe close the inside and direct everyone to use the drive thru.
No customer should go to buy something as simple as ice cream and leave feeling excluded, singled out, or as though the same service is not available to them. On Sunday, 8/16 and Monday, 8/17 around 4 p.m., the drive-thru worker told me Baskin-Robbins was out of Pralines ’n Cream. When I placed my order at the menu today (8/17) the worker did not say they were out of the ice cream flavor, but when I got to the window he said they were out.
