Let me start by saying that the employee who helped us today prepared our drinks quickly and efficiently. They tasted great, and she was pleasant during checkout. Every time we come inside, the young employees are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. That said, I do have one concern. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but lately the appearance of some employees seemed unprofessional. It appears there either isn't a dress code or it isn't being enforced. Ice cream is always bomb tbh- I buy the quarts to just have at home. But damn, they're always out of a bunch of flavors- show up early if you want something specific, otherwise have 2-3 backup choices in mind. Oh and you might have to wait a while in the drive through. Either they're understaffed or just not paying attention. :/ Edit: Dropping the rating a bit more because of my last visit. Walked in having high hopes, and usually I’ve had great experiences at other baskin robins but this specific location was NASTY! I have studied on what to do and what not to do with food, and the guy about to get my order had NO gloves on and touched the DISPLAY cone, it immediately grossed me out! When I changed my mind about getting anything, he placed the cone right back on display!! 🤢🤢🤢
So rude and unprofessional.. I left my order there.
Came here after a night out with my wife and daughter on 5/16/26. There was an employee who was in the process of making somebody’s order that proceeded to pick his nose. The employee continue to work on somebody else’s order after picking his nose and even acknowledged what he did after we asked him. It wasn’t until then that he said that he was going to wash his hands. THAT’S VERY UNACCEPTABLE. We ended up leaving and just going to the store to buy our own ice cream
