I can see why this location is rated 2.8. The first worker handling my ice cream order rushed, she didn’t even ask if I needed anything else. I had to tell her I am not done. She then sent me off to another worker although the place was empty. The worker then had an attitude, he started complaining in his language, very unprofessional. On 4/28/25 @ 7:30pm the following incident occurred at the Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins in Rochdale Village. I walk in with my two young daughters expecting to get ice cream but we faced discrimination instead. The establishment was not busy. The female employee just finished ringing up a customer. They are advertising this offer on the TV screen inside the location it clearly states the offer . You order 2 scoops you get a free waffle cone . I asked before I placed the order and was told yes …the woman behind the counter made the order and proceeded to the cash register. She charged me for the scoops and the cone i asked her why did she charge me for the cone and showed her the offer she stated she needed to call her manager .
