Worst customer service. They don't know what they doing. They don't want to work and complain and make faces when a order comes up.
Ice cream was good, hence the 1 star. Waffle cup was stale, to the point where it projectile flew across the table and almost hit my friend in the eye. Worker was dry, which I understand, since we arrived at 8:30. As a former retail worker I might understand to a point that it is frustrating when people come in at closing time, but it was indeed in half an hour, and it is no excuse. Fastest milkshake I was ever served
Ordered a cake in the Baskin Robbins app on a Sunday for pick up on a Tuesday. On Sunday, I got an email saying it was in the works. On Tuesday morning, THEY CANCELLED IT. We managed to go in and get a 'premade' cake and they cannot even write Happy Birthday on the cake!
