Air conditioning was broke, so hot inside this place with very tiny parking to top it , once I try theirs own version of a 8 dollars chocolate milk shake, made mostly of ice, that taste like ice mixed with a tea spoon of icecream, become very frustrated, whoa, what a huge disparity between this landnark location and such lousy low quality service.
I arrived before they closed which they close at 6 and the door was already locked. Couldn’t get anything. Was disappointed because there is no BR in my home City in Arkansas.
Visiting while on vacation. Walked to get ice cream. Arrived at 5:54 only to find the doors already locked. According to the website they closed at 6. To make matters worse, the guys looked at us and pointed to his watch and shrugged his shoulders. Y’all got to do better.
Went to Baskin Robbins to get some ice cream and the air conditioning was broken in the middle of July at 95 degrees. I am 7 months pregnant and had to go to back out to the car to cool off because I thought I would pass out. I can’t even imagine what that poor employee was going through. This location should absolutely not be open until there is air conditioning- no one should have to work under those conditions. Come here every year for past 6 year's and stay at hotel near by. Every year it's worse. Told no ice cream shakes seems every time we come there is no ice cream shakes
