Great experience. The employee was super helpful and friendly. The ice cream was just as good as expected
Very disappointing experience! One of the workers kids was running around the establishment and the worker/parent was yelling at him. there was no one there yet we waited a while to be served. The worker just waited there staring at us, didn't greet or asked what we wanted. we ordered a single scoop and they were basically child scoops. Terrible customer service. Find some decent help.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When my group walked in with an hour left before closing, we were immediately met with attitude from the employee on shift, Yasmen. She rolled her eyes as we entered, did not make eye contact, and her tone was noticeably snappy and rude throughout the interaction. Yasmine was absolutely wonderful with helping us pick out flavors for our donuts! She was friendly, provided great service & overall wonderful person that waited on us!
Ice cream is full of freezer burn. Trash
