If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through DoorDash for two Banana Royals, only to find out the location did not have the required ice cream flavors or even bananas. At that point, I requested a refund because paying full price for what amounts to two scoops of ice cream is unacceptable. The employee I spoke with stated he could “text the manager” instead of immediately calling to resolve the issue. Very unfriendly, dirty dining area and the staff are not welcoming.
Don't bother ordering delivery from this location. If you order a fresh pack they will send you pre packaged ice cream. They could care less about you. Save your money.
This location is the pits. Went in for ice cream to bring home. All of the ice cream in the buckets looked like it was melting! Not sure what temperature Baskin Robbins is supposed to be kept at, but this location doesn't seem to be keeping it cold enough...or the refrigerator is on its way out and needs to be fixed or new one installed. That's probably why the other reviewer had to throw her order out.
