Honestly, I’m not too sure how this location is even still open. They constantly get your orders wrong. They do nothing to correct it and then their employees are extremely rude. If you’re gonna own a franchise then they should absolutely make customer service training a requirement.
Came here at 10:53 and whoever is working refused to answer at the drive thru. Even after beeping and pulling up to the window to pay. Another car was behind me and we both were ignored. You don’t close at 10:53 you close at 11pm. This happened on Friday, August 7th at 10:53pm just so the managers and owners know whoever was working at this time and date was not actually working nor taking orders
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience completely ruined my son’s 7th birthday. They would be getting 0 stars if I could, but we all know that they remove reviews with less than 2 stars! I placed my custom cake order on 7/22, giving Baskin-Robbins more than enough time to complete it or at the very least let me know if they couldn’t. I’ve came here over 10 times and they NEVER have rainbow sherbet. It’s frustrating to come all the way here and them not have it once or twice is understandable but every time? It’s a bit frustrating.
