Complete rip off. They charged me an additional kids scoop to get a different flavor ice cream in my cappuccino blast. I've been coming here and other Baskin Robin's for years and Never had to pay an extra almost $5. I've witnessed them not adhering to Californias food handler standards several times. This time I'm calling the health department.
Ordered a banana royal. I was asked what toppings. I said everything except the cherry. I didn't know caramel came on the sundae. I've ordered this for years and only got hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts. I told her I didn't want caramel, she scraped some off in the garbage and told me there wasn't much on there.
