Complete rip off. They charged me an additional kids scoop to get a different flavor ice cream in my cappuccino blast. I've been coming here and other Baskin Robin's for years and Never had to pay an extra almost $5. I've witnessed them not adhering to Californias food handler standards several times. This time I'm calling the health department.
Ordered a banana royal. I was asked what toppings. I said everything except the cherry. I didn't know caramel came on the sundae. I've ordered this for years and only got hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts. I told her I didn't want caramel, she scraped some off in the garbage and told me there wasn't much on there. Placed an online order at 10am. Email confirmation that it would be ready at 5pm. I showed up at 5pm for them to tell me they don’t do these certain type of cakes here. No one thought to call me so I could make other arrangements? So now I’m scrambling to find a last minute birthday cake.
I was craving ice cream on a Friday night and arrived at 9pm they didn’t close till 10pm on 5/31/24 and it was closed already whoever worked this shift should be fired it’s false advertisement
