Updated: 07/18/26- and this is why they have a 2.3 score! What Baskin Robbins says “sorry we aren’t serving ice cream”. Like what???? That’s all you serve? Why are you even making money working then if you can’t sell ice cream and that’s all you sell? Prior review! It would be nice if they still answered the window when it wasn’t yet 9pm and all the lights were on. Instead an employee was in the front window doing whatever with a headset on and just not answering! Customer service!!!!
Has to be the absolutely WORST Franchise in Florida and possible the entire southeast. They never have vanilla or chocolate and a hot fudge sundae is too much to ask for. Pathetic. I've given them ample opportunity to change my mind - like a half-dozen visits over the past 3-4 months; but honest to god, you'd have better luck ordering a hamburger and fires (which they do not serve). totally sucks that they advertise ice cream and then DON'T HAVE IT.
Wish I can do no star at all. The girl who is working now is no responsibility and respect to the customer. The dunkin authorities should put a bell near the window. The lady was rude because i knocked window. What a person should do when she doesn't pay attention the window was knocked.
