Wish I can do no star at all. The girl who is working now is no responsibility and respect to the customer. The dunkin authorities should put a bell near the window. The lady was rude because i knocked window. What a person should do when she doesn't pay attention the window was knocked.
It would be nice if they still answered the window when it wasn’t yet 9pm and all the lights were on. Instead an employee was in the front window doing whatever with a headset on and just not answering! Customer service!!!!
Worst $13 I have spent in a long time. Waffle cone was soft and rubbery. Ordered two scoops, received barely a few spoons full. Absolutely no ice cream contained in our orders. It got so bad trying to work with the clerk in accommodating us, we just raised the white flag. I was waiting for the Punked TV cameras to come out. This can’t be for real.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible. No bananas for a banana split. OK. Then no waffle bowls for the waffle bowl. So just do the 3 scoop sundae. No hot fudge. Completely rushed. Named one flavor then told to pull around. At this point I'm aggravated that I can't even order what I want. Being too nice, I pay anyway. Then get told to pull around and wait for a 3 scoop sundae. No one else is here and I've already been sitting here for 5 minutes. Do not come to this location. New staff is definitely needed
Worse costumer service I have ever experienced in my life, we tried smiling and tried to enjoy but the atmosphere+costumer service was awful. Didn’t even have cones made. Yes I work in customer service, i understand how this is but there was 0 effort put into this. They don’t have nuts for sundaes either… don’t come her!
