I’m from New York and have been coming to St. Pete for vacation for the past 5 years. During that time, I used to visit this Baskin-Robbins location quite often, but I had some frustrating experiences in the past. Absolutely awful experience at Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’. The staff were incredibly rude and acted like customers were a bother instead of the reason they’re there. The food was stale and clearly not fresh at all, which is unacceptable for a place that serves basic items like ice cream and donuts. Worst Baskin-Robbins ever and I hope the owner read this, went at 6:10pm July19 and the first thing that was told was they were close even when it said they closes at 7pm and the employee was in a very rude attitude.
Worst baskin I’ve ever been too. Worker couldn’t put a scoop onto the cone. They had 16 flavors and not one was cookies and cream and that’s one of the most known flavors in the entire world. Will never go to again and I think it is a disgrace to the baskin robins brand.
