Worst Baskin-Robbins ever and I hope the owner read this, went at 6:10pm July19 and the first thing that was told was they were close even when it said they closes at 7pm and the employee was in a very rude attitude.

Worst baskin I’ve ever been too. Worker couldn’t put a scoop onto the cone. They had 16 flavors and not one was cookies and cream and that’s one of the most known flavors in the entire world. Will never go to again and I think it is a disgrace to the baskin robins brand.

We have tried to buy ice cream here on 3 different occasions. Not once have they been open despite the hours on the doors saying they were open. Last night was the last straw. We arrived at 6:32 pm knowing their hours were only until 7:00. There was a worker and we called her to the locked doors. She said we close at 7 so we shut down the lobby at 6:30. WTH??? The hours on the door say 7:00 pm, not 6:30. She was unfriendly and down right rude. There are too many other options. We won't try again. Disgusted!!!!

I am giving this 5 stars because of the effort of the staff that provided the best service I've had in a long time...specifically Emily at St. Pete Beach was phenomenal - fast, friendly, and on top of everything! I was a little surprised to see she wasn't a manager with how she took charge of an issue (corporate issue) with a smile and true desire to help. She deserves a promotion.
