Went inside staff was extremely helpful and nice.
Tried to over charge me for my milkshake with extra caramel then I asked for a refund and reordered without the $2 extra caramel, and they on purpose made it the wrong flavor. I watched them then they said it was correct.
Went for a sweet treat, left with a lot of regret. Very, very minimal selection of ice cream. Exactly 2 plain kid sized cones left in the place, none of them chocolate dipped. I immediately regretted the flavor I picked because it appeared to be hard as a rock. The poor girl struggled and finally seemed to give up because my scoop was much smaller compared to my husband's fresh and fluffy scoop.
