Drive thru order. Lady acted like she couldn’t see that we needed her help. Order was just plain cappuccino blasts….. sounds pretty petty to complain over it but I payed for my drinks to be made as shown. No whipped nor toppings and was told you pay extra for that …. Hahaha this is not the case in other Dunkin and Baskin.
I came in on the 15th and ordered one coffee. Next day I’m checking my card statements and see that I was charged $27 for one coffee. I’ve been coming back to discuss this and I keep being told “there’s no manager today” apparently there’s never a manager working there. I’m sure the lady who took my order gave herself a nice tip. Not to mention I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. Don’t give them your card.
Ordered large shake on 05/31 and there isn't enough ice cream left, still the guy in the counter proceeded with preparation using just 2 scoops of ice cream and filled remaining with milk. Worst experience ever, never had shake tastes this bad and felt like drinking cold milk
Oh my gosh was this an experience! I walked in with my family and my grandson tried 6 out of the 12 flavors of ice cream. The containers were dried up and gross… If I were to guess I think the ice cream containers were from the 70’s 🤮.
Did not know how to make the trolley drink or dirt ice cream that's on the web page AND advertised in the store
