The second bad experience I’ve had. Won’t be trying again.
We pulled up at 8pm when it closes at 9pm and they said the only ice cream they had out was ones with nuts. It makes no sense at all.
Ordered 2 cups with 2 scoops each and the young girl asked if we wanted lids. We said yes. My husband asked for spoons. The girl replied "What...you don't have spoons at home?" Apparently there was only one spoon left in the cup and his request would require her to go to the back and restock. He waited for the second spoon. Horrible customer service.
After reading some of the reviews, I had to stop in and see how things were running. They were right, slow service. The apple fritters had no apple, just cinnamon and frosting. And they didn't even have prepacked pralines and cream ice cream. What Baskin Robbins would not have pre-packed? Pralines and cream!
