So, I live in Houston, but my sis and my precious momma live here in Bastrop. Well I came down last Tues because my momma was having a procedure the next morning in Austin. And before she came home from work she stopped by your baskin Robbin’s and surprised me w/ a treat. Well, we went to the hospital Wed morning by for her procedure and she ended up having a massive heart attack. It was not nice and one of you trying to give a nonsense speech
They always out of cookies and cream ice cream. edit: year later still they dont have what I want. so i went through drive thru again asked for a random flavor they said its out. i figured it out. they do this to make you drive off thinking you come for only 1 thing and will just leave if dont have it.
I had a mild issue with an order, and I called the store and Kylie was so accommodating! She was incredibly helpful, polite, courteous and quick with finding a solution! She completely turned my night around! I hope y'all keep her, she's phenomenal!!!
