Place is open 24 hours and this is the third time I’ve come at night and no one at the intercom. Honked the horn and still nothing.
Ordered two scoops of ice cream and got mostly whip cream lmao
took to go through drive through..qty given was less when compared to other baskin robbins and pricing is high as well compared to other baskin robbins locations.
Really disappointed with the service at this Baskin-Robbins. Went through the drive-thru and the staff showed a lot of attitude for no reason. We clearly asked for specific flavors and cone types, but they gave us the wrong ones without even checking or apologizing. It felt like they didn’t care at all about getting the order right or treating customers respectfully. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from a place like this.
I was just there with my wife and kids in the drive-thru and the lady there was very disrespectful. There were no cars behind us, but she was giving an attitude. I’m sorry, but never again will I be going to this location. I would rate it 0 zero stars if I could.
