I got ice cream it was delicious what more can I say.....a little pricey 12$ for a cone comes to mind but I may be wrong
Bro knows how to hook up the banana split!
It's okay I suppose. Pricing is insane, but at least they let you try flavors first. Staff seemed friendly. It wasn't busy at all because it was a cold rainy day, so that helped. But I did have to wait a little while for actual service.
Tried to get the $6 banana split and they tried to charge me $9. And The manager in stead of help throw out the splits
The staff in this Baskin-Robbins location is in dire need of training on QUALITY customer service. One staff in particular, Sara Grace, thinks it is good practice to roll her eyes and make a face at the customer. When asked to speak to the manager on-site, there is no one there. Is this standard procedure? Who is supervising the staff then? This Baskin-Robbins does not merit even a 1 star. Had it been an option, a 0 star is a more appropriate.
