Great service and delicious ice cream.
This should be a big fat 0!!!! No stars at all!!!!! We went to Baskin Robbin’s in Marble Falls Mon. 6 July early afternoon and ordered 3 different flavored milkshakes. We got them and they looked runny.. We drove off thinking it prob melted a bit. Our bad for not giving them back right then!!!!!! They were actually so runny it was like drinking a milkshake made out of water and very little ice cream!!!!!
Don’t waste your money. I have Begged for frozen ice cream and it’s always half melted. They don’t keep freezer cold enough and you can’t even eat it on a cone it’s so loose. Maybe that’s what happens when all employees have never really had Baskin Robins before. All I can think is you’re too lazy to scoop hard ice cream so you keep it soft. It’s pitiful…but they’re nice enough to lie to your face and say “it will be better next time”. There won’t be a next time. Poor management.
They never have the flavors they say they do, horrible customer service and place is just dirty and gross. Gave this place 3 chances and each time disappointed. We will never be going back
