I'm gonna be honest, there's been at least 15 different times of wanting a cotton candy milkshake around 4pm.. Come by to find out you're not open and there is a vehicle in park blocking the drive thru. Aren't you guys supposed to be open until 9:30pm? Seriously.. Try calling the store and the number isn't reachable. What the heck is going on?? It's unfortunate to say no stars deserved for y'alls ratings because I have barely seen any service!
This place is disgusting 🤢. I came in to get a mocha cappuccino blast. This girl stuck her bare hands (No gloves) into the ice and put it in my cup. I have no clue what was on her nasty hands. 🤮 Then she uses a used spoon that was sitting on the bar, that was used for other customers and not washed. I'll never get another drink here again. 6/22/23 at 3:49 pm.
Constantly closing early (more than an hour before close) always out of the kind of ice cream you want.
The girl named kayden woodruff was the nicest person in there I got a lot of stuff wrong and she didn’t get mad when I Changed it and stuff like the other workers
