This place sucks. I went here last night to try to order something and I realize why I haven't been here in about eight years. The place sucks and always has. 7 PM and only the drive-through is open according to the sign on the window. Tried to order a banana split, but I was immediately told that they are out of chocolate ice cream. I thought Baskin-Robbins was known for 31 flavors. Well, I guess that doesn't apply here. I went last week to buy my sons a cake just to find out that the inside was close before 6pm and then went to drive thur she name all characters cakes and then after that she said they were out of cakes.while proceeding to leave I did not see no one in the store went to another location and got better customer service and was able to go in I been ordering my sons cakes from Baskin Robins for years I never had to order online.I always went in and got what cake they had and have them decorate them.it seems like to me some one ... read more
