Purchased an ice cream cake for a birthday and needless to say that the cake fell way short of my expextations (choc cake vanilla ice cream). Both the cake and ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Next ice cream cake I buy won't be from this BR location.
They had a closed sign on the door saying drive threw only, it might have been genuine but it looked like the workers didn't want to work and just put a closed sign on the door
Seriously, they never have anything, and I've tried a bunch of times. They always say they're out, and they always close early too.
Like every other review...waiting room closed, out of everything, I think 1 employee working.
