I called and asked if they had a particular flavor and the guy working confirmed that they did. I drove 20 min to get there to see the only guy there with a blank look on his face. “We don’t have that flavor. Sorry about that”. What a joke!!
Ordered two milkshakes. I should have read the other reviews!!! $20 for two milkshakes that tasted like they used milk and some cheap soft serve. No real ice cream we could detect. This used to be a premium company, not any more. Just another cheap outlet.
This place sucks. First time we came & their milkshake machine wasn’t working, that’s fine whatever we just got regular scoops. Second time, it’s currently 9:14pm & they don’t close till 10pm they said the milkshake machine is down again & “they’re already shutting down the ice cream anyway so we can’t order”
The person behind the counter was very unpleasant and not very helpful. I visited around 5 pm, and almost every popular ice cream flavor I requested was not available. There was about a half scoop of vanilla ice cream left, so I got it for my granddaughter but was still charged full price. I love ice cream so I found a flavor I liked. This restaurant is in a good location, but I don't know if I will be going back if they maintain limited stock of their product and act like it is an inconvenience for you being in their store.
please for the love of god just close this place. nothing is ever done right here
