This store is shared with Dunkin Donuts. The employees does not represent Baskin Robbins very well. When ordering a scoop of ice cream. The ice cream was melted and the scoop did not look like the quality Basken Robbins provides. I would not recommend this Baskin Robbins at all
I went to Baskin Robbins with my kids, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. All the ice cream was melted, and my kids got cotton candy and cookies and cream that were already scooped out and visibly melting. I wasn’t given a choice and ended up paying for it anyway. The worst part was that the AC wasn’t working, so the place was uncomfortably hot inside. My kids sadly ate melted ice cream in a stuffy shop. Really expected better from a place known for frozen treats.
Lazy employees use excuse the ice cream is not available cause they dint want to make it. Better call before you drive all the way there
How are you and ice cream shop 31 flavors with no flavors. Kira was so sweet but there literally NO DIFFERENT FLAVOR OF ICE CREAM
Extremely disappointed my daughter arrives at 9:39 PM and denied service because they were cleaning but they close at 10 o’clock not acceptable
