First, the guy hands me what’s seemingly the consistency of a glass of milk as a milkshake. I protest this and then he laughs and says “I added too much milk, I’ll make it again”. He then proceeds to make it again, then he hands me the milkshake cup with ice cream all dripping down the side of it, and instead of wiping it first before he hands it to me, the customer, he hands me a napkin to wipe it myself.
