I'm not sure who is in charge of running this store but it is obviously very poorly run. Every time I come by this location, there are several ice cream flavors gone/unavailable. I walked in there the other day and saw at least 4 different empty areas where tubs of ice cream flavors should be. I also have gone in on several other occasions to find many flavors out of stock. Don’t come here this place sucks I found a roach in my donut and I kept calling and they didn’t answer
I just went through the drive-thru and wasn't really paying attention until I got home. They actually charged me over $8 for 1 cup with two scoops of ice cream w/ sprinkles! $4 for each scoop of ice cream? This is insane, and I left this review because when I tried to call and ask about it, they refused to answer the phone. This place is garbage.
I was so excited for a baskin robbins to be so close to my place, but every time they can’t even pack ice cream in a container. Terrible.
Slowest, service. Took 30 minutes and 3 different employees to make the order. What a mess! You guys need to hire quality workers and pay them enough! Geez!
