i’m calling the health inspector on this place! i order a cookie butter milkshake i started drinking it steady multiple red hard pieces n my drink. that is unsanitary, unacceptable and disgusting. idk what it is and it look like it shouldn’t be consumed because its hard pieces. a manager better reach out immediately bc i dont know if this was purposely put in my drink because im black or if they not cleaning their blenders. i attached of the images of some of the pieces but it way more and i spit it out.
Man, negative stars need to start being a thing. This place is a health hazard! The don’t clean the spoons for the ice creams and leave the lid open to where I can physically see the melting of the ice cream inside the case. Someone needs to shut these guys down before they hurt someone because they were inconsiderate of allergies.
Horrible customer service. They didn't have the flavor I want so she proceeded to give me a random flavor I didn't ask for. Gave me attitude when I told her I don't like mint.
If I could put no stars or negative stars I really would. My husband and I placed a custom cake order on their website for the unicorn cake for our daughter’s 1st Birthday. We placed the order BEFORE NOON the day before. Which gave them more than enough time to make the cake. My husband went to pick up the cake the following day and no cake was made. From what my husband was told was that the unicorn cake was “too much”.
