Please explain why your employees are cleaning and shutting down the ice cream cooler an hour and a half before closing time. That makes no sense — cleaning should be done after closing, not while customers are still coming to spend money during business hours. My husband and I came in specifically for ice cream, only to be told it was already shut down for cleaning because that’s what management requires. We visited this location tonight via the drive through. Knowing that they have limited flavors I asked beforehand if they had chocolate chip available. The order taker (a female) said yes. We ordered and paid. When receiving the shakes they looked very thin and off on color but it was dark and I didn't think much of it. As I drove off I tasted the shake and it was most definitely not chocolate chip.
