We visited this location tonight via the drive through. Knowing that they have limited flavors I asked beforehand if they had chocolate chip available. The order taker (a female) said yes. We ordered and paid. When receiving the shakes they looked very thin and off on color but it was dark and I didn't think much of it. They only have one worker manning the entire store LOL. Good job worker. You deserve better.
I was help by Alexia there was other workers working very busy to the other worker started cleaning the lobby and wiping down counters as Alexia how she helped me. She asked if I would like to try any samples I said no thank you I would like a triple scoop bowl so we proceeded to the cash register. She asked me if I have points. I didn’t use them. I arrived at 9:34 and was told all they had was coffee so I asked why everything was put away almost 30 min early but the coffee. The employee then just said that’s all we have everything is already put away. Not a huge deal but if it says open until 10 I’d assume it would have more to serve than coffee the last 30 min.
I wouldn’t recommend this location. Young man came out the back of the restaurant upon my arrival . He served me ice cream WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS UNTIL AFTER THE FACT OF GIVING ME MY ORDER . He didn’t wear gloves either . He had multiple piercings that looked VERY UNSANITARY. I asked if I could pick out my own cone since he touched mine with his bare hands .
