In the "old days" Baskin -Robins was advertised as 31 Flavors. I'm going to guess there were about 18 cartons of ice cream to choose from. There was only one selection of sorbet. I appreciate the idea of combining BR with Dunkin Donuts to help both companies survive, but if you can't walk the walk, don't try to be an ice cream shop.
I go here quite often with family or friends, and the ice cream and milkshakes are amazing. Customer Service is always on point.
Recently, my experiences at this location have been nothing short of terrible. The lack of communication with customers regarding their orders is astounding. When I’ve brought issues to their attention, staff have made me feel as though I was at fault. Today, the manager on duty even laughed in my face over a mistake they made with my order. THIS LOCATION IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS <3 They close at 10!! Workers are super respectful and still served us with a smile even though we came in 10 minutes before close I hope this gets fixed on Google! Apologies for coming in so late <3
