Jerome (I pray I spelled his name correct) “the cake guy” went above and beyond with his customer service. Wanted an item (Spooktacular Pizza) that was sold out in all locations of Jax, and he made it happen. Thankful for the great experience. Our family frequents this Dunkin Friday for a donut treat before school, always a pleasure.

We recently stopped here to get some ice cream. Clean store. The tables were clean. The staff friendly. We enjoyed their cotton candy, mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream ice cream. Tasted great. This location is inside a Dunkin Donuts building.

I placed an online order for two cakes to be made for my son’s birthday. The order was placed at 3pm. I received a call the next morning (on a Sunday)at 7am stating that the cakes were priced wrong on the website and that I would have to either pay a completely different amount or be refunded. Mind you this is the day of the party. It is not the customers fault the website was incorrect and allowed the order to be placed. Unprofessional staff. Made us wait 10-15 mins to order food.. store manager should look into this asap before they loose their customers.

This is our favorite Baskin Robbins in the Jacksonville area. I go out of my way to use this location to get ice cream. The staff is always friendly, the store is clean, their ice cream taste fresh, they use fresh gloves to scoop without having to ask and they always have our favorite flavors in stock. Thanks Nerissa and your team!
