How do someone with common sense hand someone ice cream with no utensils? They didn’t put the ice cream in bags, no napkins no spoons nothing. Do someone have to ask for the basic necessities to eat the items? If you didn’t want to be at work this evening you should’ve called out. Management need to have mandatory customer service and basic knowledge training for the employees. I don’t even want to give it the one star. No matter what day of the week or time the service is absolutely trash!

I looked up Baskin-Robbins online and they stated they have several varieties of non-dairy vegan and Whey free frozen desserts but this one does not have any at all also the store seem not very well taken care of or clean.
Disappointed by the fact that an ICE CREAM chain seems to be unwilling to serve me ice cream 😂 after visiting this location multiple times this year to get either a milkshake, or a cappy blast, I am continuously told that they do not have the ice cream on tuesdays, and that they do not have the cappuccino’s to make the blast. I wouldn’t even waste time leaving a review however the lack of the main product baskin robins sells… which is ice cream… makes me feel I am asking for ice cream at McDonald’s. Arrived at 820 and store was locked up and people clearly inside walking around . Sign says closes at 9 but guess they don’t want business.
