They deserve a zero start. The Female employee that works there on the afternoons talks to you like she wants to hit you. Is the same female all the time. Bad customer service is maybe the reason why that business is always empty. Horrible service in other words not good service at all. If you want to be treat like you own them; then go there. This was my very first time coming to Baskin robbins, and If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. The ice cream was alright but the service was absolutely horrible! I walked in at about an hour before closing only to be greeted by a man staring straight into my soul with with a disgusted or annoyed look on his face - red flag number one! Their menu has many things they do not carry. Multiple visits that they do not have the needed items to make the critter creations for kids. Always have empty flavors. On Friday evening we went and were told they did not have any cups to serve ice cream in. Then tried to order a waffle cone and were told they didn’t have those either. Ended up down the road at Dairy Queen. They should just get rid of the Baskin Robins and focus on Dunkin. The Dunkin at this location is fine.
