I had a horrible experience with this location. I live in Tennessee and ordered a cake online for my granddaughter who lives in Nesbit, MS when she had oral surgery. I even followed up with a phone call to be sure they got the order. When my son arrived to pick up the cake the employees did not know anything about the order. He motioned for my son to look at all the cakes in the freezer and see if it was there. My son didn’t order the cake and didn’t know what it should look like. I am a frequent customer here and when I first started coming to now. Tell me why the Indian or whatever nationality they are. Why are yall price gouging and giving smaller scoops of ice cream? Why am I paying 2 different prices for the same scoops of ice cream versus when the Caucasian girl whom I adore. She charges me a reasonable price but the other ppl charge me more money for less ice cream. Never have had a bad experience at this location. My wife is a big fan of their ice cream cakes and requests one for her birthday each year. This is my go to place for a Baskin Robins cake. They have always have it ready when I request it and is decorated just like the cake on their website. They make sure before you leave that everything is to your satisfaction. Very nice people who run this location and highly recommend them.
