Needing to speak with a manager. When I picked up the cake I ordered today I was met with defensiveness and hostility. Pending a refund and will update my review. First issue back in July, came and ordered a cake in store two weeks ahead, when I went to pick it up I had to wait a day and come back because they misplaced the order and it wasn’t ready. Stopped by at 9:50 to see the workers talking, walked to the door and it’s locked and the employees waived and said we are closed and then cut the lights out. Post new hours for when you close. Why even post your hours if you don’t operate during the “said” hours. I hope your freezers go out and you lose all profit.
How can they be out of hot fudge? Poor management for sure.
Never again! Horrible customer service! I ordered and paid for a birthday cake for my daughter on December 7. When my daughter and I went to pick up the cake on December 20, the confirmed date and time, it wasn't there. I showed the woman at the counter the order confirmation email and receipt. Instead of apologizing, I was routinely questioned about my order-what it was for, when I placed it.
