Customer service is everything. None of the employees spoke when we walked in. No friendly smiles. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Do better.
I stopped by today to get some ice cream. The dipped waffle cone tasted old and stale along with the chocolate used to dip the waffle cone. The chocolate ice cream had a funny taste to it. I threw it away. Didn’t even get to enjoy the ice cream on a hot summer day. The place looks great after the renovation, but I prefer to drive a few minutes down the road and go to a different location.
I’ve been here several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
