They do excellent work on the weekdays
Great experience at Baskin-Robbins. They were out of the flavor I originally wanted, but Brooke helped make the situation easy by suggesting alternatives and keeping things moving smoothly. Even though they were out of a product, the customer service was excellent and turned what could have been a disappointing visit into a positive one. It’s always nice to see employees who focus on helping customers and finding solutions.
The service has gotten really bad at this location. They were out of common flavors like chocolate. And the guy that scooped my ice cream was touching all the ice cream. Shouldn’t they be wearing gloves?
Needing to speak with a manager. When I picked up the cake I ordered today I was met with defensiveness and hostility. Pending a refund and will update my review. First issue back in July, came and ordered a cake in store two weeks ahead, when I went to pick it up I had to wait a day and come back because they misplaced the order and it wasn’t ready.
