I ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Chocolate and vanilla is all he wanted. What we got was a confetti cake which seemed rather dry with vanilla ice cream. You can't tell what you get until you cut it and by then it's too . Needless to say we were very disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be ordering from this location again
I had a horrible experience with this location. I live in Tennessee and ordered a cake online for my granddaughter who lives in Nesbit, MS when she had oral surgery. I even followed up with a phone call to be sure they got the order. When my son arrived to pick up the cake the employees did not know anything about the order. He motioned for my son to look at all the cakes in the freezer and see if it was there. My son didn’t order the cake and didn’t know what it should look like. I am a frequent customer here and when I first started coming to now. Tell me why the Indian or whatever nationality they are. Why are yall price gouging and giving smaller scoops of ice cream? Why am I paying 2 different prices for the same scoops of ice cream versus when the Caucasian girl whom I adore. She charges me a reasonable price but the other ppl charge me more money for less ice cream.
