We have ordered from Baskin-Robbins for years. Let me tell you i love their banana royal. We door dashed as we do most of the time, you who made our order last night was HORRIBLE! I received our order and I got banana chocolate SOUP! my Husband's was supposed to be a cappuccino blast "capi" and his was a chocolate shake🤔 please let this be a one time thing.
I have never felt more unsafe in a public business in my life. At this Baskin-Robbins location, my family and I were literally robbed in the parking lot — in front of my children. A man loitering right outside the store took my wallet without me even knowing and witness alerted us, he screamed threats at us (including at my kids), and admitted he was a felon.
