Thank god we have a Baskin Robbins in town. The young people that work here are very sweet, and you can sample flavors without judgement. My husband always picks his ice cream for his banana split and then asks them to put whichever toppings they think will be good with his flavors. So far so good we are very happy customers.
Very nice workers evening of 11/16/24. We all got sprinkle cake cones with kids scoop, but it’s a lot of ice cream! My youngest daughter and I adore the chocolate fudge flavor! We visit here regularly summer and winter. Thank you!
The treatment by what i assume was the manager/owner was ridiculous. Came in for a promo, ordered on the app (which was not working well. Took 4 attempts to have it finally process our orders) Upon arriving at the store, they did not have my order. The older gentleman sought the help of Heeren. I showed him my fully processed order. I haven’t been to this Baskin Robins in a few years and I’m not sure if it was the time that I got there but the seating areas were really dirty. Both the floor and tables were covered with trash, ice cream, and other unknown substances. The service itself is great, the staff are friendly and kind. I just personally wished that the seating area was cleaner.
My wife and I went in there two nights ago at 830 pm. There was a young man and young lady working and as we entered, the girl walked to the back and the boy kept doing his thing. It took some time before the boy acknowledged our presence. I wanted jamoca but he said it was out, I could not see because they had covers over the left side as if they were in a hurry to close on time. This was really disappointing.
